What We Do

At PAWS, we have the capability to take in and care for even the sickest and most injured animals who are sometimes left to die in the streets, in gutters, even in trash cans. We receive these dogs and cats and do all we can to give them a chance to recover. Many of them are able to recover thanks to the quality vet care we provide.

Rescue & Adoption

We rescue as many dogs, cats, puppies and kittens from bad situations as we possibly can. We save the most vulnerable animals, get them vet care — including vaccines, flea and tick prevention, spay and neuter, and whatever else they need — and put them in responsible adoption.

Spay & Neuter

We are committed to making spay and neuter services accessible and affordable. We organize and financially subsidize the spay and neuter of 8-10 dogs and cats every day using local vets to do the surgeries.

Community Education

We promote animal welfare education both in the classroom and in the streets, continually educating our community about the importance of spay/neuter services and vaccination, as well as the basics of proper dog and cat care.
